Burn any good program, ImgBurn, InfraRecorder, UltraISO. Boot from CD and try it!

When you add a distribution of Windows 7 to copy all the folders and files (setup.exe and autorun.inf are not needed) in the root directory, just match the folder boot, and in it the folder fonts, ru-ru files and boot.sdi, bootsect . exe, etfsboot.exe, memtest.exe which can be easily replaced. The other folders (efi, sources, upgrade, support) and the file bootmgr simply copied without replacement.
