In Sid Meier's Civilization V implemented a completely new combat system, the deeper the system of diplomatic relations in conjunction with many innovations. The new part of the popular strategy card is not divided into squares, as in previous installments of the series, and the hexagons. 1. Downloading and install Phoenix launcher 1.3 (Phoenix_13beta.rar)
2. Run and update the database tools - Update ContentDescriptionRecord - Via the Internet.
3. We mount the image of the license (Civilization V.iso) in DT.
4. Go to Tools - SID Unpacker, click Scan for SIM-file and set the
download Sid Meier's Civilization V_disk1.sim from the image.
5. Specify the folder to unpack, select the lines with *. ncf file, click extract.
